Malyye Gayny (Russian: Малые Гайны) is a rural locality (a village) in Kozhay-Semyonovsky Selsoviet, Miyakinsky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 62 as of 2010.[2] There is 1 street.

It is located 27 km from Kirgiz-Miyaki, 6 km from Kozhay-Semyonovka.
