John Albert Kay is an electrical engineer with Rockwell Automation in Kitchener, Ontario. Kay was named a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2012[1] for his contributions to arc resistant medium voltage control and protection technologies.
