Rufius Viventius Gallus (mid 5th-century) was a Roman politician.

He was the son of Flavius Avitus Marinianus and wife Anastasia.

His brother was Rufius Praetextatus Postumianus, consul in 448.

Sometime in mid 5th century Gallus held a post of praefectus urbi.
