Jahangir Kabir Nanak (born 14 January 1954) is a Bangladesh Awami League politician and the former state Minister of Local Government, Rural Development and Co-operatives.[1] He is a Presidium Member of Bangladesh Awami League.[2] He was elected as the Jatiya Sangsad member from the Dhaka-13 constituency twice in 2008 and 2014.[3]

Personal life

Nanak has a daughter, Bithika Afrin Rakhi.[4] His son, Sayem-ur Rahman Sayem, died in a motor vehicle accident in 2011.[4]
