Vitaliy Kostyshyn (Template:Lang-uk; born 12 October 1986) is a former Ukrainian professional football midfielder who played for different Ukrainian clubs.

Since 2017 he was a manager in Podillia Khmelnytskyi in Ukrainian Second League.

Vitaliy Kostyshyn is also a brother of another former footballer and later manager Ruslan Kostyshyn.
