Masahito Haruna (春名真仁), born July 16, 1973, is a Japanese former professional ice hockey Goaltender.

He played for the Furukawa Electric between 1996 and 1999, for the Nikkō Ice Bucks in 1999-2002, 2004–2007; for the UHL team, the Quad City Mallards in 2003-04; and the Oji Eagles between 2007 and 2015. He then spent one final season back at the Nikkō Ice Bucks before retiring.

Haruna also played for the Japan national team.
