The knee-chest position [1]

The knee-chest position is a position used in a number of medical situations including gynecological examination and surgery, lumbar spine surgery,[2][3][4] repair of vesico-vaginal fistula (VVF) by Sim’s saucerisation procedure, labor and delivery for which it is recommended in those with a cord prolapse until delivery can occur,[1] and administrating enemas.[5] [6]
