Ptychobarbus dipogon is a species of cyprinid of the genus Ptychobarbus.[1] It inhabits Tibet, China,[1] and has a maximum length of 64.4 centimetres (25.4 in)[1] and a maximum published weight of 2.2 kilograms (4.9 lb).[1] It is used for food locally[2] and is considered harmless to humans.[1] It has been assessed as "least concern" on the IUCN Red List.[2]
