Egils Helmanis [1] (born 30 December 1971) is a Latvian politician and close combat instructor. He is currently the deputy Chairman of the Council of Ogre Municipality in economics, sports and tourism issues.

Egils Helmanis is active supporter of new mothers.[2] He also supports tourism an sport activities in region.[3]
