Lecithocera semnodora is a moth in the family Lecithoceridae. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1933. It is found in the Democratic Republic of the Congo in the provinces of Katanga, Kasai-Occidental and Équateur.[1][2]
The wingspan is 20–22 mm. The forewings are dark purplish fuscous with a small ochreous-yellow spot on the costa at three-fourths. The hindwings are dark fuscous.[3]
