Ilgar Mushkiyev (born 5 October 1990, in Ganja)[1] is an Azerbaijani judoka.

He won a bronze medal at the 2011 World Championships in the -60 kg division.[2] In the same division, he competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics, but lost in the second round to Hovhannes Davtyan.[3] In 2014, he won a bronze medal at the European Championships.[4]
