Horní Lapač is a village and municipality (obec) in Kroměříž District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 0.79 square kilometres (0.31 sq mi), and has a population of 259 (as at 28 August 2006).

Horní Lapač lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) east of Kroměříž, 9 km (6 mi) north-west of Zlín, and 247 km (153 mi) east of Prague.
