New Boston (or Union City[1]) was a historical populated place in Juneau, Alaska. It was located one mile west of the city of Juneau, on Douglas Island; according to R. N. DeArmond, it was a short-lived town.

The name was collected in 1967[1] and entered into the Geographic Names Information System on March 23, 2001.[2]
