Honoria Somerville Keer, MBChB (26 December 1883 – 20 March 1969) was a British surgeon during World War I, where she served as Assistant Medical Officer with the Girton and Newnham Unit of the Scottish Women's Hospitals for Foreign Service. Caroline Keer is her elder half-sister by their father, Major General Jonathan Keer (1825-1907), ex-HM Bengal Staff Corps.
