Humberto Tati Santiesteban (November 3, 1934 – October 29, 2020) was an American politician who served in the Texas House of Representatives from district 67-1 from 1967 to 1973 and in the Texas Senate from the 29th district from 1973 to 1991.[1]

Santiesteban was born in El Paso, Texas and went to the New Mexico Military Institute. Santiesteban served in the United States Army and was commissioned a first lieutenant. He went to the University of Texas School of Law. Santiesteban practiced law in El Paso. He died of COVID-19 on October 29, 2020, in El Paso, Texas at age 85.[2][3]
