Samuel Mori "Sammy" Voit is an American teen actor.[1] He began his career on Masterchef Junior, Chopped Junior and Food Network Star Kids as himself.[2][3] Voit went on to star in the film To Dust which won the Grand Jury Audience Award at the Tribeca Film Festival[4] and was nominated in 2020 for Best Screenplay at the Independent Spirit Awards in Los Angeles.[5] He currently stars as young Kevin Jonas in the Happiness Begins Tour and the film Happiness Continues.[6]

Personal life
Voit was born in the Bronx, New York.[1] He has an older sister and a younger brother.[13] He is of Jewish descent.[14]
Philanthropy
Voit uses his platform to raise awareness of youth homelessness and fundraise for LA and NYC-based non-profit organizations that supports homeless youth.[14] In 2017, Voit started documenting homelessness throughout NY and LA in a film called The Bus Stop.[15] In June 2018, Voit fundraised by catering and donating his Bar Mitzvah gifts to the homeless communities he works with.[16]
