Solid Ivory is the 26th animated cartoon short subject in the Woody Woodpecker series. Released theatrically on August 25, 1947, the film was produced by Walter Lantz Productions and distributed by Universal Pictures.[1]

Synopsis

While playing a game of pool, Woody accidentally loses his cue ball and it rolls into a chicken coop, where it is mistaken for an egg by a chicken. Woody then spends the episode's duration trying to retrieve back the cue ball.
