Francis Borelli (8 April 1932 – 2 October 2007) was a French businessman. He was the chairman of Paris Saint-Germain from 1978 to 1991.

Borelli stand (Parc des Princes)

Francis Borelli’s name is forever engraved in Paris Saint-Germain history, as the club have named their entire west stand in the Parc des Princes in honor of him.[1]
