The 1987 Football League Fourth Division play-off final was a two-legged football tie played in May 1987 at the end of the 1986–87 season. It determined the third and final team to gain promotion from the Fourth Division to the Third Division, and was contested by Aldershot and Wolverhampton Wanderers.[1] This was the first-ever play-off final to be staged in English football.
