Sebastián Elizalde (born June 20, 1990) is a Mexican professional baseball outfielder who is currently a free agent. He is signed to the Tomateros de Culiacán of the Mexican Pacific League, where he plays during the winter.

Elizalde was chosen for the Mexico national baseball team at the 2017 World Baseball Classic.[1]
