Maksim Yuryevich Nedasekau (Belarusian: Максім Юр’евіч Недасекаў; born 21 January 1998) is a Belarusian athlete specialising in the high jump.[1] He won the gold medal at the 2017 European U20 Championships. In addition, he represented his country at the World Indoor Championships finishing sixth.

In 2019, he won the silver medal in the team event at the 2019 European Games held in Minsk, Belarus.[2]

His personal bests are 2.35 metres outdoors (The Match Europe v USA, Minsk 2019) and 2.31 metres indoors (Mogilyov 2018).
