Braden River High School is a public high school located in Bradenton, Florida. It is a part of the School District of Manatee County.

History

Braden River High School opened in August 2005.[2]

Athletics

Braden River's colors are maroon, black, and white and their mascot is the Pirate. They offer the following sports programs:

Marching band

Braden River's marching band has won five 3A Florida Marching Band State Championships.[3][4][5]

Demographics

As of the 2018–2019 school year, Braden River enrolled 2,036 students. 1,249 identified as white, 470 identified as Hispanic, 169 identified as black, 79 identified as Asian, 58 identified as multi-racial, seven identified as American Indian/Alaska Native, and four identified as Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander.[1]
