Chukwubuike Adamu (born 6 June 2001) is an Austrian footballer who plays as a forward for FC Red Bull Salzburg in the Austrian Bundesliga[1] and FC Liefering in the Austrian Football First League.[2]

Playing career

Adamu started his career with the youth team of GSV Wacker. In January 2014 he came to Grazer AK. 2015 he came to the FC Red Bull Salzburg Academy, where he played in all teams (U15, U16, U18).

In September 2017 he was for the first time part of the FC Liefering squad. In this month he also debuted for UEFA Youth League team, as he came in versus Girondins Bordeaux for Nicolas Meister.

He made his professional debut playing for FC Liefering against WSG Wattens in November 2018 as he came in for Karim Adeyemi. He also plays for the Austrian U19 national team. In September 2020 he made his debut for FC Red Bull Salzburg in the Cup-match versus Schwarz-Weiß Bregenz. He came in in minute 75 for Masaya Okugawa. [3]
