Taciana Cesar (nee Lima) (born December 17, 1983) is a Brazilian born Bissau-Guinean judoka. She competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in the women's 48 kg event, in which she was eliminated in the second round by Galbadrakhyn Otgontsetseg[1] She was the flag bearer for Guinea-Bissau during the closing ceremony.[2]

In 2019, she competed in the women's 52 kg event at the 2019 World Judo Championships held in Tokyo, Japan.[3]
