Cecil Owen Sturgeon (June 27, 1919 – February 1972) was an American football offensive tackle in the National Football League for the Philadelphia Eagles. He attended North Dakota State University. Sturgeon served with the United States Fifth Army in World War II, participating in the Spaghetti Bowl football game in 1945.[1]
