Fuqanlı (also, Fuğanlı, Fuganly, and Fughanli) is a village in the Jabrayil District of Azerbaijan.[1] On 20 October 2020 President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev announced that the village was recaptured by Azerbaijan.[2]
