The Speediatrics 150 is an ARCA Menards Series race held at the Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas. The inaugural race was held in 2001. The race has been the final race of the season since 2012. The race was originally 201 miles (134 laps) until 2006, but was then shortened to 150 miles (100 laps) from 2007–2010, and was shortened again to 148.5 miles (99 laps) in 2011. It became 150 miles race starting at 2016. It supports the NASCAR Cup Series Hollywood Casino 400 since 2009.
