James H. Foster

James H. Foster (August 3, 1827, Ware, Massachusetts – 1907)[1][2] was a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly and the Wisconsin State Senate. Foster was a member of the Assembly during the 1869 and 1870 sessions. Later, he represented the 21st District in the Senate during the 1871 session and the 19th District during the 1872 session.[3] Other positions Foster held include Register of Deeds of Winnebago County, Wisconsin from 1859 until 1863. He was a Republican.[citation needed]
