James M. Richardson (born 1960) is a lieutenant general in the United States Army, who serves as Deputy Commanding General for Combat Development of the United States Army Futures Command.[1] He was commissioned in 1983, through ROTC at the University of South Carolina.[2] He is married to Lieutenant General Laura J. Richardson.[3][4]
