George Thomas Nugent (born 4 December 2001) is an English professional footballer who plays as a winger for Tranmere Rovers. He made his first team debut in a 2-1 defeat to Leicester City F.C. Under-21's in the 2019–20 EFL Trophy,[2] and signed his first professional contract in July 2020. [3]

Nugent's brother, Ollie, is also a footballer, and represented Great Britain at the 2016 Summer Paralympics.[4]
