Adéla Hanzlíčková (born May 4, 1994) is a Czech freestyle wrestler. She competed in the women's freestyle 63 kg event at the 2016 Summer Olympics, in which she was eliminated in the round of 16 by Henna Johansson.[1][2]

In 2020, she won the silver medal in the women's 68 kg event at the 2020 Individual Wrestling World Cup held in Belgrade, Serbia.[3][4]
