Edward Baranoski, from Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA), McLean, VA, was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2016[1] for leadership in knowledge-aided radar systems for indoor environments.
