"Desire (Jōnetsu)" (Japanese: DESIRE -情熱-) is a song recorded by Japanese entertainer Akina Nakamori. It was written by Kisaburō Suzuki, Yoko Aki, and Kazuo Sheena [ja]. The song was released through Warner Pioneer on February 3, 1986 as the lead single from her third compilation album CD'87 (1987).
The song topped in Japan and has sold 516,000 copies in Japan, becoming second best-selling single of 1986 there.[1] It won the Grand Prix at the numerous awards including 28th Japan Record Awards, 1st Japan Gold Disc Award, and 13th FNS Music Festival.
