"Never Alone" is a song by Australian-Danish singer Anja Nissen. The song was written by 2013 Eurovision Song Contest winner Emmelie de Forest and Maureen Anne Mcdonald and Rune Westberg.

On 10 January 2016, "Never Alone" was revealed to be one of the competing entries in the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2016, the Danish selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 after the artists and songs were leaked on 10 January 2016 through Spotify.[1][2][3] On 22 January 2016, it emerged that de Forest had performed the song publicly at least 11 times starting in 2014 leading to some to say the song should be disqualified. Eurovision rules state that a song may not have been publicly released prior to September 1 of the preceding year.[4] On 26 January 2016 the song was cleared to compete in the final of the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix by Danmarks Radio and European Broadcasting Union.[5]

At the final on 13 February 2016, Nissen came in second place with 36% of the vote behind Lighthouse X's "Soldiers of Love" with 42%.
