Eudonia philerga is a species of moth of the family Crambidae.[3] It is endemic to New Zealand.[4][2] This species was named by Edward Meyrick is 1884.[1] Meyrick gave a detailed description of the adult moth in 1885.[5]

The wingspan is 17–21 mm. The forewings are white, mixed with grey and irrorated with black. There is a thick interrupted blackish streak from the base of the costa. The first line is white, blackish-margined posteriorly. The second line is white, dark-margined anteriorly. The hindwings are pale whitish-grey, somewhat tinged with ochreous. Adults have been recorded on wing in December, January, March and April.[5]

The larvae of this species feed on mosses.[6] Adults of the species have been observed visiting the flowers of Leptospermum scoparium and Olearia virgata likely feeding from them.[6][7]
