3:36 (Music to Sleep To) is the first album of ambient music by Poppy composed along with polysomnographists from the Washington University School of Medicine, in St. Louis, Missouri.[1][2][3][4] The album was self-released on Bandcamp on October 17, 2016. The album was re-released on Apple Music on September 17, 2020, and for the rest of streaming services on September 18, 2020 under their own label I'm Poppy.
Critical reception
Rolling Stone magazine called the album "intentionally soporific".[5]
