Nikolay Ivanovich Kiselyov (Russian: Никола́й Ива́нович Киселёв) was the governor of Arkhangelsk Oblast in Russia.[1]
He was born in Severodvinsk in 1950. Nikolay Kiselyov is a former Head of Administration of the Arkhangelsk Region.
