Ramón "Moncho" Gil Sequeiros (16 August 1897 – 18 January 1965) was a Spanish football (soccer) player who competed in the 1920 Summer Olympics.

He was born in Vigo.

He plays for R.C. Celta de Vigo between 1923 and 1927.

He was a member of the Spanish team, which won the silver medal in the football tournament.
