A Healthy Distrust is the second studio album by American rapper Sage Francis. It was released on Epitaph Records in 2005.

At Metacritic, which assigns a weighted average score out of 100 to reviews from mainstream critics, A Healthy Distrust received an average score of 78% based on 26 reviews, indicating "generally favorable reviews".[1]
