Aamir Rashadi Madni was born on 5 December 1961 in Azamgarh. His basic education is from Jameatur Rashad and then he graduated from Madinah University, in Saudi Arabia. Now he is running an Arabic university Jameatur Rashad in Azamgarh. He is also the founder and national president of the political organisation Rashtriya Ulama Council (RUC)[1] which are working in many states of India like Delhi, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar etc.
