The Academy of Classical Christian Studies (often called The Academy) is a classical Christian school located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Grades PK - 12 are offered. The Academy is the only classical Christian day school in the Oklahoma City metro area.
It was formed in 2013 as a merger between Providence Hall Classical Christian School and Veritas Classical Academy.[2]
The school's mission statement is: "We assist parents in shaping students’ affections for Truth, Goodness, and Beauty, for the benefit of man and the glory of Jesus Christ."
The Academy's statement of faith is distinctly Reformed and holds to the Westminster Confession of Faith, but the school's faculty and students represent other traditions within orthodox Christianity as well.
The school's main office campus is currently located at 1120 East Hefner Road in Oklahoma City. It has different locations throughout the metropolitan area to serve all grades. Mr. Nathan Carr serves as Head of School.
Academy of Classical Christian Studies is a member of the Association of Classical and Christian Schools.[1]
