Acrocercops phaeomorpha is a moth of the Gracillariidae family, known from Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Bihar, India.[1] It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1919.[2] The hostplant for the species is Madhuca indica, and Madhuca latifolia.
