Adrian Bellamy is a British businessman.[1][2][3][4][5][6] He serves as chairman of Reckitt Benckiser (LSERB).[1][2][3][5]

Biography

Early life

Adrian Bellamy was born in England and educated in Southern Rhodesia.[4] He received a Bachelor of Commerce and an M.B.A. from the University of South Africa.[2][4][6]

Career

He started his career in finance, and moved on to the retail industry in the 1960s.[2] From 1995 to 2004, he served as chairman of the Supervisory Board of Gucci.[1][6] From 2002 to 2008, he served as chairman of The Body Shop.[1][3] He now serves as chairman of Reckitt Benckiser.[1][2][3][5][6]

He formerly served on the board of directors of Starbucks (NasdaqSBUX).[6] He sat on the board of directors of Gap Inc. (NYSEGPS) from 1995, Williams-Sonoma (NYSEWSM) since 1997, the Robert Mondavi Corporation since 2002, the Labelux Group since 2009, and Total Wine & More.[1][2][3][4][5][6]
