Adrian van Hooydonk (born June 21, 1964 in Echt, Limburg), is a Dutch automobile designer.

He studied at Delft University of Technology in Holland, and later at the Art Center Europe in Vevey, Switzerland, until 1992. In 2000 he was head of BMW's industrial design centre DesignworksUSA, before leaving to become Chief of Designer for BMW.

On February 3, 2009, the former BMW Chief Designer Chris Bangle announced that he was to quit both his position at BMW and the auto industry altogether, to focus on his own design-related endeavors.[1] [2]
