Adventure Radio is a UK-based media company based in Southend-on-Sea which operates radio stations in Essex, Northamptonshire, and Hertfordshire.

Connect Radio 106.8 serves Peterborough.
Connect Radio 97.2 & 107.4 serves Kettering, Corby and Wellingborough.
Heart Hertfordshire serves Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, Rickmansworth & Watford.
Radio Essex serves Essex.

All stations use the services of Sky News Radio.^[1]
