Ahmad Hussein Adl (1889–1962) was the minister of agriculture for several periods in the Ahmad Qavam, Ebrahim Hakimi, and Ebrahim Hakimi governments. He was born to Mirza Masoud Khan Adl-olmolk, a feudal from Tabriz. He traveled to France and studied agriculture there.[1] After returning to Iran he established the first Iranian agriculture school in Karaj in 1922. This school later is merged with the University of Tehran.[2] Adl died in Tehran in 1962.
