Ahmed Ibrahim Otaif (Arabic: أحمد إبراهيم عطيف; born April 14, 1983 in Saudi Arabia) is a footballer. He currently plays for Al-Shabab in Riyadh, in the Saudi Premier League. He is the oldest of the Otaif football brothers.

Otaif has played for Shabab in the 2009–10, 2010–11 and 2012-13 AFC Champions League competitions. He has also represented the senior Saudi Arabia national football team.
