Akhtachi-ye Mahali Rural District (Persian: دهستان آختاچي محالي) is a rural district (dehestan) in Simmineh District, Bukan County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran.[1] At the 2006 census, its population was 10,516, in 2,016 families.[2] The rural district has 30 villages.
