Alonzo Dwight Wallace (born March 25, 1974) is a former American football defensive end. He was originally signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent in 1997. He played college football at Maryland.

Wallace is an alumnus of Spanish River Community High School in Boca Raton, Florida. He is currently the Defensive Coordinator at Marvin Ridge High School, in the Charlotte suburb of Waxhaw, North Carolina.

Professional career

On February 19, 2007, the Carolina Panthers cut Wallace.[1] He has also played for the Philadelphia Eagles, Chicago Bears and Buffalo Bills. Al Wallace, along with Kris Jenkins, Mike Rucker, Julius Peppers and Brentson Buckner formed a very formidable Defensive Line, which many experts considered to be possibly the best, hosting many game winning blocked FG's or sacks. Occasionally they would even get picks.
