Alapocas is an unincorporated community in New Castle County, Delaware, United States.[1] It is a suburban development located just north of the city limits of Wilmington, Delaware, west of the Concord Pike, and south of Delaware Route 141. It is also the location of Wilmington Friends School, Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children, and Alapocas Run State Park. It was established in 1936.[2]
